Dry Needling

Dry needling is a highly effective treatment for muscle pain, tension, and restricted movement. By targeting trigger points, it helps release tight muscles, restore motion, and reduce discomfort.

What Is Dry Needling?

Dry needling uses very thin, sterile needles to release tension in tight muscle bands known as trigger points. These trigger points can cause pain locally or refer pain to other areas of the body.

Benefits of Dry Needling

Dry needling can help with:

  • Chronic muscle pain

  • Tension headaches and migraines

  • Jaw Pain (TMD)

  • Neck, shoulder, or back pain

  • Sports-related injuries

  • Muscle spasms or stiffness

What to Expect

The needles are very fine and typically cause minimal to no discomfort. You may experience a quick prick sensation upon initial insertion of the needle. Some people feel a brief twitch or deep ache in the muscle, followed by relief and improved mobility. Please not that every body will respond differently to this treatment.

Why Choose Dry Needling?

Dry needling is not acupuncture—it is based on modern anatomy and movement science. It is an evidence-based way to relieve pain and restore healthy muscle function.
