My Story
I grew up in the small town of Montesano, Washington, where I learned to value community, connection, and hard work. After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Claremont McKenna College in 2014, I spent two years working as an exercise specialist. It was during that time I discovered how much I loved helping people regain strength and confidence in their bodies, which inspired me to pursue my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona. I graduated in 2019 and have been privileged to care for patients ever since.

Why I Chose Physical Therapy
For me, physical therapy isn’t just about fixing injuries—it’s about walking alongside people during some of their hardest moments and helping them find hope, strength, and healing. I especially love working with women during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as those navigating pelvic floor challenges, because these are seasons of life that deserve compassion, understanding, and specialized care.
How I Care for My Patients
I believe in creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere where patients feel comfortable, supported, and motivated. Whether I’m treating orthopedic injuries, guiding postpartum recovery, or helping someone manage pelvic floor health, my goal is always the same: to help people overcome challenges so they can get back to the life they love.
Outside the Clinic
When I’m not with patients, I’m usually spending time with my family or visiting with friends. I love to cook and bake, get in a good gym workout, and enjoy the outdoors—whether it’s walking, hiking, swimming, or paddle boarding. Staying active and connected to nature helps me bring my best self into the clinic each day.
My Philosophy
I believe healing is about more than muscles and joints—it’s about restoring confidence, joy, and quality of life. Every patient’s journey is unique, and I consider it an honor to be part of that story.
